   - Provide the following information: order number, description of the fault, and any supporting evidence such as photographs.

   - The faulty item must be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or certificates that were included.


3. Return Shipping:

   - If the fault is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, including any shipping fees paid.

   - We offer a repair service for items that require fixing due to manufacturing defects.
